After Graduated from Shanghai Foreign Language University in 1990, I worked as an English-speaking tour guide in my hometown Guilin for over 10 years. It is always sweet to remember those numerous happy hours I shared with guests from all over the world, we communicated with each other, learnt from each other, more and more guests and their friends come back for us and the beautiful China.

In 1994, I had a chance to work in EPCOT Center, Walt Disney World, Orlando, Florida. I ran a 360 degree movie in China pavilion there, The experience there has offered me a chance to understand more of the culture difference between east and west, a good opportunity to learn knowledge of modern hospitality industry.

We are now running offices both in Guilin and Guangzhou(Canton).Hope I understand totally the meaning of " 100 percent service satisfaction guarantee", and "customer's satisfaction is always our first concern", and also the words that you might have heard before: I really appreciate that...
