Who is qualified to apply for the Invitation Card?
1. Visitors with Overseas Passport (H.K./Macau ID Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate) or Overseas Residence Permit valid for over one year.
2. Chinese representatives with foreign companies' representative offices.
Why should visitors apply for the Invitation Card?
Canton Fair has two kinds of Invitation Card for visitors. One is called E-invitation and the other is Paper Invitation Card.
With the Invitation Card, visitors could
1. Receive the entry visa to Guangzhou (only Paper Invitation Card valid).
2. Get registered and receive free entrance pass to the Fair.
3. Receive a set of Directory of Chinese Export Commodities Fair's Exhibitors (one set for each card).
What's the difference between E-invitation and Paper Invitation Card?
1. E-invitation is issued for visitors who do not need the Invitation Card to apply for the entry visa to Guangzhou. It can be shared by all visitors from the same company. A copy one is VALID. It
is quite convenient to receive an e-mailed E-invitation.
2. Paper Invitation Card is issued for visitors who need the Invitation Card to apply for the entry visa to Guangzhou. A Paper Invitation Card can be shared by three people from the same company in their visa application and fair registration. A copy one is INVALID.
It is mailed to visitors.

required:
Copy of Business Registration Certificate of Foreign Company's representative office in China.
Copy of Valid employee certificate issued by China's Administration for Industry and Commerce.
Copy of Employee's ID Card
The Card is nominative and can not be shared.
How should local interpreters get registered?
Local interpreters should get registered in Registration Office at the Fair's Gate 1.
Documents required: Interpretation Certificate (Diploma, Education Certificate, or Employee Certificate) The interpreter's ID Card Signature by the foreign employer Service Charge: RMB 200/day
