1.The above rates are inclusive of all surcharges and tax.

2.All room reservation must be total nights prepayment.

3.In the event of amendment(including change of staying period or guests name) or cancellation, a written notice must reach our office 20 working days prior arrival. Otherwise, total nights room charge (including Tax & Service charges) will be levied under any circumstances.

4.In the event of no-show, total nights room charge (including Tax & Service charges) will be levied under any circumstances.

5.Free shuttle buses are provided from and to the Fair.

6.Reservations are subject to availability and final confirmation.

7. Arrival details are complimentary so as to make reservation smoother.
