Offer us more details of your booking and submit. You'll get a trace code from us, please notice the it is not a confirmation code.   We will only confirm your booking after you pay at Step 3.

We will start to book for you as listed below:
1. Check the hotel if rooms are available.
2. Contact you as soon as possible within 24 working hours.
3. Please arrange your payment.

STEP 3--Confirm    Pay and receive Hotel+Package Confirmation Voucher

1. Please read our email for all booking details, payment policy and deadline for this booking.
2. Pay by your credit card, by PayPal, by wire transfer and inform us.
3. We will prepare the confirmation voucher, with all necessary informations for pickup.

Step 4--Finish           Print necessary document & tell us your arrival flight

1. Please print our confirmation voucher.
2. Inform us your fight or train details, inclusive of arrival date & time, flight Number for pickup.

Step 5--Meet us in Guangzhou           We will stand by for your need

1. On your arrival day, our English-speaking HRC company staff will wait for you at the exit of airport or railway station. They will hold up a welcome sign with your name. It is a join-in free pick up service, so we'll pick up all passengers who arrives at Guangzhou at almost the same time.

Please wait for others if needed.   Then you will be transferred to different hotels in Guangzhou.   We are the biggest hotel supplier for Canton Fair, and we are also the only agent who offers free pickup.  Your understanding and support is highly appreciated.

2. Need our assistant for entrance pass to the Fair, please tell us in advance through email contact.
3. If you need any extra help as car rental, tranlsation service, please let us know as soon as possible.
