How can a 5* hotel have virtually nobody that speaks English?  We were so tired after our attempts to get from the airport to the hotel, we just wanted to have dinner and go to bed.  I can’t remember which restaurant in the hotel we ate at, but nobody spoke English there.  It’s just not good enough.

Good hotel for the price and also good service. 1st period stayed in room where bed was extremely hard and second period they changed for the soft bed room in same price.

This is the cheapest 5-star hotel at Guangzhou. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Free breakfast, free internet access.

Every time when I live in the hotel, my wife will together with me, and last about a week before I check out. I’m so appreciated the NO.19 room, for it is very quiet and soft .Almost everyday I wound have a choice between western-style food and Chinese-style food in the hotel , which is so nice for me , and sometimes, I even will introduce my clients here for dinner. Here is a suggestion that is it possible for you to update the menu frequently .
