A good stay in the hotel with easy transportation. Friendly and professional staff offering excellent services. Rooms are spacious and clean. A very good choice.

The hotel is of good value. Very clean hotel with spacious and comfortable rooms. Excellent staff. Decent food (have North American buffet). Great location, close to restaurants and shopping areas.

we love it all!
Wonderful hotel and location. My husband had been traveling here once a month for the past four years and FINALLY - the family got a tour of China. We stayed in the presidential suite and we were more than comfortable. Every room was huge! Our daughter used the dining room as her own personal bedroom while my husband and I enjoyed the master suite with a huge walk in shower for two or more!

wonderful!
I checked in at midnight without any problem. I asked for a suite (why not) and got a great deal (roughly 170$). The suite is really huge, living room, separate shower and bathtub, separate toilets with second toilets for the guests in the living. For business, it is really worth the money and you can hold small meetings without having to spend a lot. definitely, it's not a 5 stars (cleanliness, service are not impressive) but a very competitive 4 stars.

nice and spacious room
This is my 2nd trip to Guangzhou at this same hotel. Overall experience was the same, nice and spacious room (Deluxe Room) and high floor too. Staff are generally very friendly and helpful except that at times, none to attend to you when u need to get a taxi from hotel entrance.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME
I am frequent traveller to China. I was searching for HOME AWAY FROM HOME. And I got it. Convenient location, easy to travel, secure and private. I stayed on Exectuive Club Floor. The care and warmth I got from staff was excellent. More over the deal on club level is value for money.
