Good location and price
Across the road, you find a 7-11, a bakeshop, Bank of China (for currency exchanges), beside is a pizza hut, kfc, a Vietnamese restaurant and about a block away, a shopping mall and metro station.

a typical Chinese style hotel, staffs do not speak so much English, the rooms are ok, and it is convenient to go to clothe markets nearby

good hotel for the money
good hotel for the money - the personell spoke english , they are polite and try to help .
Very good cantonese restaurants -and many - surrounding the hotel , you can eat everything you want -delicious-4-5usd for 5-7 dishes .
also many malls -and a supermarket -everything is open till 10 pm -and the restaurants till 2 in the morning !!
big computer city shopping malls everywere ,and you have also metri station Gangding in 3 min.

old but clean
Basic hotel, the room was quite large, old but clean.
The reception spoke good English.
I found the location to be pretty good. I walked to the MTR about 5-7 minutes away. I think there are two stations within walking distance, make sure you are on the right side of the road or you will have to walk another large block to cross.
The sauna is terrible, not clean so don't go there.
I found some good restaurants around this place.
There are plenty of hotels in this area so if you don't have a booking walk around the area but the price may be better online than walkup. I would probably try elsewhere before coming again but it was not too bad.

ideal hotel with fantastic location
The hotel is located in East GuangZhou TienHe district. I find the area to be the best to say in. It is such a convenient area with so many restuarants, coffee shops, supermarkets and also it is an up-market area and I find it safe to stay.
