Guangdong to Set up New Index System

Guangdong is getting ready to set up a new index system to quantify and monitor Guangdong innovation. The new innovations index system includes investment index, outcome index, carrier index and performance index. Huang said the new system strictly followed the advice from the Hi-tech Innovation Conference, which is to set up a manageable, quantifiable, and monitor-able index system. The purpose of the index system is to implement innovation-based engine to boost Guangdong economy in the future.
