Do I need reservation for the bus from Hong Kong Airport to Guangzhou? Are there diferent buses for diferent stops in Guangzhou, or one bus is making multiple stops? Our plain is landing at 7:05 PM in Hong Kong, and it's very important to us to get the bus as soon as possible. How long usualy take to clear pasport control and luggage? |

When you arrive at the Hongong Airport, you could go to the Boarding Point--Hongkong International airport arrival concourse CTS counters( A04, A09, B05a, C05) to buy the tickets and get on the bus
It takes about 3 hours from Hongkong to Guangzhou city centre, and there are 4 different stations in Guangzhou, they are Jinan University(Tian He), China hotel, Hotel Landmark Canton, Garden Hotel
And the timetable in the morning, the buses will departure on 07:05, 08:05, 09:05, every one hour there is a bus I

Dear Sir:
The Canton fair office will issue the E-invitation application about 2 months in advance the beginning of the Fair. The result will be responsed within 3 working days. You could visit the official website to apply it by then http://invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/en/clientdata/findcompany.aspx
You also need to take this E-invitation to register and get the entrance pass in the appointed hotels or in the fair when you arrive at Guangzhou.
The needed documents of fair entrance pass
1. E - Invitation pass
2. Overseas passport
3. A most recent passport photo (5cm*4cm),
(remark: you also can take the photo in the pointed hotel, the cost: CNY30 per person)
4. A business card

Thank you for your question. The 104th session of China Import and Export Fair will be arranged in 3 phases instead of 2, from 15 October to 6 November, 2008. Each phase will last 5 days instead of 6 with 2 intervals for 4 days each. All three phases will be held in the Pazhou Complex, while Liuhua Complex will no longer be used.
Date: Phase 1: 15th-19th October 2008 9:30-18:00,
Phase 2: 24th-28th October 2008 9:30-18:00,
Phase 3: 2nd-6th November 2008 9:30-18:00 I
