The 6th China Beijing International Baking Exhibition
BAKING CHINA (CIBE) has been held on a yearly basis for five times, and the scale has been greatly expanded. In 2008, The 5th China International Baking Exhibition was greatly supported by Related baking Associations and Chambers. With the total area of 12,000 sq.m, Baking China 2008 attracted 213 well-known companies and more than 12,735 visitors worldwide.
China is the most promising market for baking industry-- with the development of Chinese economy and the quickening of life rhythm, Chinese people have changed their dietetic concept. The total annual production of all bakery and confectionery companies was 5.4 million tons, at an equivalent value of 6.87 billion. Just for the annual output of bread, it is estimated that it will reach 4.8 million tons in 2010.

China International Exhibition Centre
China International Exhibition Centre is located at the north-east corner of Beijing, only 10 km away from the downtown, 5 km from the diplomatic area and 20 km from the airport, with highways leading in all directions and more than 20 hotels scattered in the surrounding areas.
