Entrance Pass Registration

To enter the Fair Complex, buyers should register for Buyer Cards (Entrance Badge) first, Buyer Cards are the only valid admission to the Fair and are available at both Fair Complexes. You need to keep it well during the whole fair period and the Exhibitors will not bargain with visitors without the Buyer Cards.

Documents need to be prepared for getting buyer card

1. Paper Invitation Card or E-Invitation issued by Canton Fair

2. Personal documents (Any of the following)
Overseas Passport or a Chinese passport with the valid overseas employment visa valid for over one year.
H.K./ Macao Home-return Permit or I.D. Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate.

3. A recent photo with the size of 5cm X 4cm

4. Business Card

To make the registration easier and faster, we suggest you to register buyer card in one of the Overseas Buyersâ€™ Registration Office at appointed hotels.
There will be long queue at the Fair complex registration office

To save your time, we offer Buyer Card registration assistance, after your arrival in Guangzhou, please contact us directly by phone: 22822033 so that we will arrange our reliable representative coming to your hotel to get the necessary documents for the registration and then come back with the buyer card and your documents. (You could go with our representative if you like)
We will find the closest registration office to your hotel and you only need to pay the transportation fee and an extra CNY100 for our representative.
