The Canton Fair Buyer Entry Badge (IC Card) is the ONLY official admission to the Canton Fair. Since the 134th Canton Fair, overseas buyers are strongly recommended to pre-register the Buyer Badge and collect it at the Overseas Buyers' Registration Offices. Overseas Buyer Registration Form in paper version is no longer provided onsite.

Rather than queuing up onsite, we stronly encourages you to pre-register in advance, collect badges in advance and at alternative registration offices.

Please note that alternative registration offices only accept overseas buyers with foreign passports, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Residents.

Canton Fair Pazhou Complex

Buyer Card, the only official admission to the Fair, is available at China Import and Export Fair Complex. Buyers with required personal documents can get registered at the fair complex. Personal documents include: H.K./ Macau Home-return Permit or I.D. Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate, Overseas Passport, valid documents for overseas Chinese or a Chinese passport with the valid overseas employment visa valid for over one year. Tips

1. For buyers with IC Card, please be informed that the Entry Badge (IC Card) is valid for the upcoming sessions of the Fair.

2. For non-invitation new buyers, service fee will be charged for registration.

3. For buyers who forgot to bring the IC Card or lost it, service fee may be charged for re-application.

4. To save your time, avoid the crowd and make the registration much easier, we STRONGLY recommend you to get Canton Fair Entry Badge at the alternative offices.
