Canton Fair invites overseas buyers by two kinds of Invitation: E-invitation and Paper Invitation. It's the first step for overseas buyers to the Canton Fair.
With the Invitation Card, buyers could:
>> Apply for VISA to China
>> Get registered and free ENTRY BADGE to the fair
For non-invitation new buyers, 100 RMB/card service fee will be charged for registration.
Note: Necessary information for Invitation application includes Buyer's Name, Nationality and Company Name.
 E-Invitation Card
E-invitation is an on-line service to apply for invitation to Canton Fair. Follow the steps below:
>> Register on the official website of Canton Fair
>> Get user name and password in your email
>> Log in and fill in E-invitation Application Form
>> Receive confirmation by email and print your E-invitation
As an additional FREE Service, we could apply Canton Fair E-invitation for customers who have successfully booked hotels from us.

Paper invitation can be applied from:
>> The Foreign Liaison Department, China Foreign Trade Centre
>> The Economic & Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Embassy (The Economic & Commercial Section of the Consulate General) of P.R. China in your region, or contact overseas cooperative organizations of China Foreign Trade Centre
Tips
To save your time from the tiring registration queue, we STRONGLY recommended that you register at the 31 appointed hotels with Overseas Buyers' Registration Office in the lobby.
