In order to provide overseas businessmen more opportunities to exhibit their
quality commodity, From 101st Canton Fair, the organizer has set up
International Pavilion in Pazhou Complex during the first phase of the fair
(15-20,Apr/Oct), China Import and Export Fair. Being a better platform, the
gross space of International Pavilion has been doubled as 20,000 sqm in 102nd
Canton Fair.

Raw space: 3,000 RMB(CNY) per sqm
Standard stand: 30,000 RMB(CNY) (9 sqm with standard facilities)
The Canton Fair will offer free stands or 25% discount to overseas exhibitors in
order to support the overseas enterprises to participate.

Requirements for Exhibiting Companies and Exhibits
Exhibiting companies shall be the ones legally registered over 3 years
(including 3 years) by eligible law in any country or region other than
mainland China. Copy of the Company Registration Certificate (with company
stamp) or other valid certificates shall be submitted.
Exhibits shall fall into “The Exhibits Category (International Pavilion) of the
103rd Session of China Import and Export Fair".
Exhibits shall be produced in any country or region other than mainland China.
Certificate of Origin shall be submitted.
Only if the Exhibitor, prior to entering the Exhibition Area for setting up
stands during the preparation period, present to the managing staff at site of
the Organizer the customs clearance of all exhibits or other original documents
such as ATA Certificate and submit relevant copies, can the Exhibitor enter
Exhibition Area.
Time for Stand Application
The deadline for stand application is February 22, 2008. Upon the receipt of
the application, the CFTC will send the Notice of Stand Confirmation before
February 29, 2008.
