On-Site Service

The Service Center for Exhibitors of the International Pavilion is set up at site of Canton Fair to provide exhibitors with convenient service of application for items associated with exhibition stands. The Centre has several project teams such as Service Consultation, On-site Service, Standard Stand Setting-up, and Transportation.

Location of Service: West side to the north gate of Hall 9, Area B, China Import and Export Fair Complex

Phase III

Location of Service: Southeast Corner (alongside the escalator) of Exhibition Hall, 1/F, Hall 8, Area A, China Import and Export Fair Complex

  >> Please do the online account registration on Online Application Procedure for Stand of International Pavilion (Should remember the account number and original password, it is a unique I.D for every applicant)

  >> Fill in the Participation Application Form online

  >> Please wait for the staff to verify the validity of the information you have submitted.

  >> Please print out the approved application form with the official seal and post it together with other requested qualification documents to the following address.
