Canton Fair Invitation card is a must for overseas buyers to apply for VISA to China and get free registered entry badge to Canton Fair.
Two kinds of Invitation are offered to overseas buyers from Canton Fair:
1、E-Invitation Card
Please visit Canton Fair BEST(Buyer E-service Tool) system to apply for E-invitation card from invitation.cantonfair.org.cn/en/index.aspx . Any questions about the BEST, please email to info@cantonfair.org.cn or fax to 0086-20-83335880 or phone 0086-20-26089999.
For REGULAR BUYERS, please use the Username and Password to log in directly. If you forgot the username and password, please retrieve from BEST system too.
For NEW BUYERS, please apply from the site directly.
2、Paper Invitation Card
Paper invitation can be applied from the Economic & Commercial Counselor's Office of the Embassy (Consulate) of P. R. China in your country.
If you can not get the Canton Fair Invitation card in advance, please do not worry about it. You could get the ENTRY BADGE directly at Canton Fair venue. But we STRONGLY recommend you could register at the 19 hotels with Overseas Buyers’ Registration Office in the lobby. You will save lots of time by avoiding bulk queue of registration.
